The Sabin Community Association received a major alteration notice on November 24 for 4206 NE 13th Avenue. As part of a remodel and restoration of this 1922 house, the owners plan to lift the entire structure 22 inches to increase the headroom in the basement.

We've received notice that the owner at 1518 NE Fremont is applying for a permit to rent out two bedrooms in that house to overnight guests on a short-term basis.
