The Sabin LUTC has received a proposal to remove or replace windows at 1911 NE Siskiyou. This property is within the boundaries of the Irvington Historic District and therefore must go through the historic review process. The Sabin Community Association received a major remodel notice for 4706 NE 15th Ave. The owner plans to build a rear-yard addition with living space on the basement and main floor, and an ADU on the second story. The City requires a delay of 35 days from June 20, 2018, so the project cannot begin before July 25. For further information, please contact the LUTC Chair, Rachel Lee, at [email protected].
We have received notice that the owner of the lot at the SE corner of 15th Avenue and Fremont intends to apply to divide the lot to build two attached houses. There will be a pre-application conference at 10:30 AM on Thursday, January 10, downtown at 1900 SW 4th Avenue, 4th Floor, Room 4a.
