The Sabin Community Association has the right to appeal the permit by May 25, 2016, if the Sabin Community Association is pursuing an alternative to demolition. The Sabin Community Association received a major alteration notice on April 5 for 3713 NE 15th Avenue. The owners intend to convert an existing detached garage into an Accessory Dwelling Unit.
